33rd Sunday in Ordinary Time – Year A

Liturgical Color: Green

Good day to everyone… Last week is a tragic week for me. I quit to my choir for a certain reason. Ahm… I don’t know if I can call it as sacrifice… Mmm… maybe! But it doesn’t mean that I will stop doing these preparing suggestions of songs for the mass.

This week’s gospel is about the parable of the three servants which their boss gave them money before he leaves and after a long journey he came back. Then the three servants return the money that their boss given to them with the interest except for the one who buried to money.

It’s just like us people here on earth on how we invest for his coming. We need to do good deeds for us to join HIM to HIS kingdom when he came back. The question is if we really do this? His commandments, his will and everything he commanded to us. A lot of people in the church now which we think that they are Lamb preaching, teaches GOD’s work but they did not DO what they preaches. Mmmm…. Brothers and sisters I know I’m not capable to say this because I’m a sinner but I’m trying to change myself and started to follow his footsteps. Let us do HIS will while it’s not late.

Here’s my suggestions for the songs of the mass this coming Sunday. The 33rd Sunday in Ordinary time. J

But really kahet hindi Lent maaari itong kantahen, for as long as the readings are about reform for the better, or more particularly, acknowledging the need for reform. (jr medina)

Suggested Mass Line-Up for November 6, 2011

32nd Sunday in Ordinary Time – Year A
Liturgical Color :         Green

Hello po! How’s your holiday? Mahaba-haba ding bakasyon iyon ha? From October 29-November 1. The questions are: What did you do? How did you use your time as a Christian? (Please answer this question in the comment box below).

For this week our main keywords are these: Knowledge, Thirsty, Coming and Preparedness. For the 1st reading it talks about the knowledge that GOD gave to us.

For the Responsorial Psalm, it talks about how thirsty we are of knowledge. That’s why Adam and Eve ate the apple to gain knowledge.

For the 2nd Reading, ang pinaka-main word doon ay ang kanyang pagbabalik or COMING.

For the Gospel, it talks about our preparation of His coming o Pagbabalik.

Kailan ba tayo magiging handa?
